AfCFTA's negotiating workstreams are concluded in technical sessions that demand precise documentation, interpretation across specialised trade vocabulary and room configurations built for working-group dynamics. Eight RECs, one coordination standard.
ECOWAS, SADC, EAC, IGAD, COMESA, CEMAC, CEN-SAD and AMU each run their own trade calendars alongside the AfCFTA workstreams they sit within. We coordinate across all eight frameworks, applying the language, protocol and documentation standard each body requires.

National implementation committees and trade ministry working groups translate the continental agenda into policy and regulatory action.
